We offer free returns for 30 days from the date you receive your order. You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

We offer a 3 year warranty against manufacturing and material faults under normal use. Under this warranty, if a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances WildTop will pay all of the return freight charges. This does not cover damaged items resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, damage in transit.
