Not really knowing what I wanted on the tray, I was tossing between a canopy, and a roller cover. Both had disadvantages and seemed very permanent. This soft tonneau is great. It meets my needs and due to the way it mounts, it leaves me able to change my mind later without any permanently mounted parts or holes drilled.

Had originally used a roller cover for my BYD Shark Ute, and quickly discovered that with roller covers you lose a good chunk of tray space which defeats the purpose of having a ute. I swapped it out for the Tuff cover and couldn’t be happier. Easy to fit. No loss of tray space. Expands to cover higher loads. Seals nicely, no leaks. Okay, so you can’t lock your tray but I would prefer 100% of my tray and lock up the valuables in the back (can chain to anchor points), or just don’t leave the good stuff in the back.

Just don’t understand why the tailgate I remove screws and reuse but the left and right side I remove and don’t reuse ??? Seem a waste of a perfectly good bolt hole??
