By participating in the EOFY Sale described below, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. The Promoter
This promotion is offered by Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd (ABN 84 064 599 775) (“Tuff Tonneaus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) of 2 Industry Pl, Bayswater VIC 3153, Australia. These Terms apply to purchases made through our website at tto.com.au (the “Website”).
2. The Offer
The EOFY Sale provides 10% off the regular price of all eligible products available for purchase on the Website (the “Offer”). The discount is applied automatically to eligible items in your cart and is reflected at the checkout. No discount or promotional code is required.
3. Promotional Period
The Offer is available only during the following period (the “Promotional Period”):
- Starts: 12:00 pm (AEST), Wednesday 24 June 2026
- Ends: 12:00 pm (AEST), Wednesday 1 July 2026
To be eligible, an order must be successfully placed and payment completed within the Promotional Period. The date and time recorded by our Website at the point your order is submitted will be used to determine eligibility.
4. Purchases Outside the Promotional Period
The Offer does not apply to any order placed before the start time or after the end time of the Promotional Period. Orders placed outside the Promotional Period will not be retrospectively discounted, and no price adjustments, credits, or refunds of the difference will be made for purchases made before or after the Promotional Period.
5. How the Discount Applies
The 10% discount is applied automatically to eligible items in your cart, and the discounted price will be shown before you complete payment. If you do not see the discount applied to an eligible item during the Promotional Period, please contact us before completing your purchase so we can assist.
6. Eligibility and Exclusions
The Offer is available to all customers purchasing eligible products through the Website during the Promotional Period.
The Offer applies to all products available for purchase on the Website during the Promotional Period. Shipping, freight, and any applicable surcharges are calculated separately and are not discounted under this Offer — the discount applies to the product price only.
7. Use With Other Offers
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, coupon, voucher, or offer unless we expressly state otherwise. Only one discount applies per eligible item.
8. Pricing and Currency
All prices on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST. The 10% discount is calculated on the regular price of each eligible product as displayed on the Website.
9. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability and are offered while stocks last. Placing an order does not guarantee supply. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund of any amount paid for the affected items.
10. Orders, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our standard terms of sale, returns, and refund policy continue to apply to all orders placed during the Promotional Period. Where a product purchased under the Offer is returned, refunded, or exchanged, any refund will be based on the actual discounted price paid, not the regular price.
11. Changes and Withdrawal
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer and these Terms at any time where reasonable to do so. Any such change will not affect orders that have already been validly placed under the Offer.
12. Pricing and Product Errors
While we take care to ensure that pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Where a genuine pricing or product error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel and refund any affected order, even after the order has been confirmed.
13. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
