This customer returns process applies to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferrable.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd error, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns. For your protection we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment. Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Missing or Damaged Parts.

Additional fees will be charged for any missing or damaged parts e.g. Original Carton, Packaging Material, Contents, Accessories, Fitting Instructions / Manuals etc. i.e. any product returned that that is not in a ‘Saleable’ condition.

Custom Orders.

There are no refunds or exchanges for any custom made orders, including but not limited to, custom length cuts, specially made items and special order items that are not normally carried in stock and have to be ordered in.

Return Process.

To organise a customer return please go to the Tuff Tonneaus Website www.tto.com.au click on the ‘Warranty’ tab and follow the instructions. Once the return process has been completed, including approval of the return, the goods are to be sent to Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd at the above address, with the Return Authorisation Number clearly stated on the packaging.

Upon receipt of the goods in ‘Good Order & Condition’ Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd will raise a credit note or refund as applicable. Any unauthorised returns will attract a restocking fee of 20%.
