Ladder Rack Kit
The Ladder Rack Kit includes essential components such as bolts, washers, and top caps, designed to secure the ladder racks in place on top of your Tuff Canopy whilst providing a watertight seal around the ladder rack apertures within the canvas. These elements are integral in guaranteeing that the ladder racks are properly fastened to the frame, providing a secure and stable platform for carrying additional items.
Kit 1
Kit 1, comprising M10 bolts, washers, and nyloc nuts, is meticulously designed to construct the canopy frame. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, these components are expertly engineered to seamlessly integrate into the existing holes in the aluminum square tube. Their purpose is to securely fasten the brackets to the frame, effectively forming the solid structure of your Tuff Canopy. This heavy duty M10 hardware kit ensures easy assembly and dependable structural integrity.
Kit 2
Kit 2 is a specialized surface protection kit designed to enhance the longevity and performance of your Tuff Canopy. It includes 6 anti-abrasive disks and a rust inhibitor. The anti-abrasive disk plays a key role in shielding the zips from friction with the exterior of your tub, safeguarding both your canopy and the tub's surface. Meanwhile, the rust inhibitor acts as a protective shield, providing a protective layer against corrosion in areas where holes are drilled into your tub during installation.
Kit 3
Kit 3 is a hardware kit, featuring M8 zinc
H/Flange bolts, 304 stainless steel washers, thin wall bolts, nyloc nuts, and specially engineered oxide black Warftek screws. The Warftek screws are precision-designed to seamlessly integrate into the existing holes in the aluminum square tube, attaching the roof support bars to the top of the frame. These screws offer crucial support to the canvas that rests on the canopy, maintaining its structure and shape. Additionally, the zinc H/Flange bolts and stainless steel washers, nyloc nuts and thin wall bolts in this kit are utilized to securely fasten the frame to the top edge of the tub, ensuring a solid and dependable Tuff Canopy assembly.
Kit 4
Kit 4 is a comprehensive Velcro kit featuring a strip of Velcro and a surface cleaning wipe. The surface cleaning wipe serves the crucial purpose of readying the tub's edge, ensuring it's clean and primed for the Velcro's adhesive properties. The Velcro strip is applied to the front edge of the tub, serving as the anchor point for the corresponding Velcro on the bottom of the canvas. This secure attachment method guarantees the canvas is firmly and reliably fastened to the tub, ensuring its longevity and a tight, well-fitted finish for your Tuff Canopy.
