This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferrable.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

That's why we offer a 100 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, so you can shop with confidence knowing that you can always return your purchase if it doesn't meet your expectations. We are confident in the quality of our products and want as many people to enjoy them as possible - which is why you can send them back within 100 days, free of charge, no questions asked, and we’ll give you a full refund. Soft Tonneau Covers & Trailer Covers Warranty:

5 Years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use. Any alterations made to our covers will void this warranty.

Tuff Canopy Warranty:

3 Years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use for both the canvas cover and frame. Any alterations made to our covers will void this warranty. Front & Rear Windows are warranted for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.

Rubber Mats Warranty:

3 Years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.

Free Returns:  Tuff Tonneaus provides completely free return delivery for all Australian orders. You can also return all orders (including online orders) directly to Tuff Tonneaus Headquarters. Please see our Returns Guide for more.

To make a warranty claim please contact Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd to obtain a Return Authorisation Form and a Return Authorisation Number. The Return Authorisation Form will need to be completed in full and then attached to the returned goods for processing upon receipt. The goods are to be sent to Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd at the above address, with the Return Authorisation Number clearly stated on the packaging.

Upon approval of the Warranty Claim and receipt of the goods Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale Pty Ltd will raise a credit note or refund as applicable.

Any unauthorised returns, or returns received where the Return Authorisation Form has been filled out incorrectly or is not attached, will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Please note: Due to the nature of our custom Tray Covers and Canopies, all sales are final. We take pride in creating products that perfectly match your specific needs, and to ensure a perfect fit, we manufacture them according to the exact measurements you provide.
